Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Tennessee

Sick mother

My question is, my mother was hospitalized due to the fact that the doctor's office called in the wrong amount of medican. the doctor office double the amount that she had been getting because the person who called it in told the pharmacy wrong. do i need to contact an attorney or can nothing be done?

Yes. You should obtain all information from the pharmacy before it is lost or distroyed. It will only be worth moving forward if your mom's damages are great. Hopefully, she will be fine.
