Will
my father passed away 3 months ago. In the will everything is left to me but his wife is trying to contest. Is she entitled to anything by marriage?

Your father's wife is entitled to a share of the estate. The key factor in deciding how much of the estate she is entitled to depends on how long they were married. After factoring in the length of the marriage, your father's spouse could be entitled to as little as 10% to as much as 40% of his estate.
