Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
i am being sued by a credit card company, i have not filed bankruptcy yet. i receive ssi and long term disability from arizona. I have lived in texas for 4years. Can the credit card company take my long term disability from arizona? My total income is 1487 for 2 people
