Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

I started my new job on Friday July 22nd 2011. Today I was terminated from that position. The owner of the small company took me into his office explaining that it was no longer working out. After asking several times what the exact reason was for termination so that I could learn from the experience he simply stated he couldn't tell me. Also, I wasn't given a pink slip or any paperwork acknowledging the termination. I am a diligent and punctual worker. I see no reason for the termination. The only thing I can think of is that the women training me in the position had me working on accounts payable while she oversaw my shipping/receiving duties so that I could learn on that task and while I was doing my work she screwed up a very large order creating chaos. I think she may have told them it was my fault even though the paperwork never fell into my hands...much less my sights!! I'm wondering what I can and should do? Thank You, Robin.

You should look for another job, and forget about this experience. You don't want to work for these jerks anyway.
