if the person has already been convicted, gone to court and everything settled, can the probation officer go back and have a breathalizer added to the final outcome-post court?

this question has not been answered probably because it does not make much sense as written. What do you mean have a breathalizer added to the final ..."judgment"? Is there a conviction? If so, you cannot be later convicted of a new charge on the same set of facts. You should contact an attorney-soon.
