Re: DWI - tested @ .08

Based on what you have stated, this could mean that you provided a sample of breath that resulted in a reading of .08 BAC. Without more information on your specific case, it would difficult to provide you with a more clear opinion. You should seek the assistance of a law firm who deals with DWI cases very soon. You only have 15 days from the date of arrest to petition for keeping your driving license. If my local law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).

Re: DWI - tested @ .08

It could be a mistake if you did not give a specimen of your breath in a DWI arrest and is just part of the form, or, it could be that you blew at least .08 or higher on intoxilyzer test you agreed to provide, without more, no one can tell you. However, I will tell you that you need to hire a DWI attorney to represent you and you cannot wait very long becuase you have 15 days from the date of your arrest to request a hearing to attempt to save your driver's license from possibly being suspended.
