Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

Possession of less then 2 oz

Ok i got arrested for about 5g of marajuana and have to go to court in dallas, tx on the 8/7/07 because the paper work wasnt filled out the first time I went. Do you think they will reschedual me again or will i see a judge for sure on 8/7/07?

Also If i got bailed out is there any chance i will go back to jail??

There is no way to predict whether it will be rescheduled again or not. You should appear with an attorney. You should not go back to jail unless you have violated your bond conditions, or there are new charges.
