pro se motion; how to file

I cannot afford an attorney.

I was ordered to have an alcohol monitor device installed on my car.

The time has expired.

How do I file a motion to have it removed?

I would call the court clerk and tell them what is going on. They will probably issue an order removing it without having to file anything.
