Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child visitation

non custodial parent is a convicted child abuser and the texas attorney general gave him standard visitation. I have documented proof of his conviction and past violent history to his other children and family members, including restraining orders and mental evaluation. But, have been told that i have to have a lawyer to get a judge to look at the papers to get his visitaton changed to supervised.Have even called cps and they told me the same thing. I am on disablilty and cannot afford an attorney.how can i get help to have a judge see this proof and revise the visitation.
