Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

E-Mails

My husband's ex wife chose to only correspond through emails, since phone conversations became yelling matches. After several months of corresponding through emails, she is trying to file harasssment through emails with an attorney. Isn't this a little immature? Nothing was in the emails that threatened bodily harm or anything, just discussions about bills, child support payments, and visitation. What in the world could she achieve with these false allegations? Is there anything we can do? She called and left a message stating that she is trying to get an arrest warrant for the emails??

Talk to a criminal attorney. These sound like criminal charges, not family law.
