Can a final divorce be amended

I would like to know if a divorce can be amended that was final in Parker County, Texas. I would like to have my divorce ameneded to include my ex to cover health care for the children, clearify when, where and whom are to pick up for visation and increase child support. I would also like to know if I can file and represent myslef.

It is called a motion to modify prior orders, I would not recomend you doing this yourself, however if you wanted to you could, but it will be like taking out your own tonsils.
