Hello, I live in Austin Tx. I thought our divorce was going to be mutual agreement. After I presented her with the petition for divorce, now she wants insurance coverage, 1/2 of my 401k and 1/2 of whatever money I have saved throughout our marriage as assets.She said she got a lawyer. What should I do? Thank You.

She is entitled to 1/2 of all assets and liabilities.
She is not entitled to insurance coverage after the marriage is over.
