Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

if a protective order is placed against me can i call my son at the residence where the order is active? or vice versa, can the parent who placed the protective order call my son at my house when he spends the night during my visitation hours. he is only 29 months old.

Read the protective order. If it says NO contact, then NO contact. If it says not offensive, aggressive, threatening, etc., contact, then a call can be made between the parties. If you have a pending criminal case, you should discuss this with the lawyer before doing anything.
