Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello. My wife and I separated about three years ago. We no longer reside together. No formal paperwork has ever been done to separate us. Would getting a finalized divorce be simple due to the time we have spent apart?

The length of separation won't necessarily make it simpler.

The previous answer is correct, but please remember that what makes a divorce complicated (and expensive) is not the amount of property or children issues, but the amount that one or both parties do not want to agree.
