Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Thinking about taking a car back from daughter. Co-signed on a loan 3 years ago and lately she has become irresponsible. 2 months late on car payment and 3 months late on insurance. Has about 5 days let before it will have an impact on my credit. What legal right do I have if I just go and get the car.

Why do you think you have the right to "take" the car? You'll want to take a good close look at the note and the security agreement. My guess is that you don't have the right to do what you're thinking about doing.
