Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

what can i do if i thought i contracted a bail bond person to bail my dad out of an immigration bail but it truns out that he was just another lawer and my dad already has a lawyer n i specifically told him i needed a bail..

Any "bail bond person", as you put it, who assists people with Immigration Court Bond hearings is a lawyer (with rare exceptions). Non-lawyers cannot represent you or your father in Immigration court (unless they are accredited by BIA).

If you contracted a lawyer and now want to rescind the contract, you shall contact them again and try to fire one of the two lawyer you've got.
