Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

My Vehicle

I am 22 years old i purchased a truck; however, for insurance reasons i put it in my uncles name. Now the truck has been totaled and im having serious trouble getting information its been four months. is there anything i can do?

Call or send more facts...whose fault was accident totalling? who is insurer? who is paying for truck? did you misrepresent anything on insurance applicatioon..
