Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I recently found out I was pregnant and due to medical history, when I had my 2nd child, I was advised that I should not have anymore. Therefore, I had to terminate my pregnancy. I returned to work with intentions of not telling anyone but at work began experiencing complications and the clinic advised me to come in right away. I did not want to tell my boss that I had an abortion, so I said that I had a d&c over the weekend and was having complications and needed to leave. He said ok and called and informed his wife who happens to be the office administrator, which I can understand as she needs to be kept in the loop. About 5 minutes after leaving the office I called corporate to let their office manager know that I was leaving and would she mind taking care of some things that had not been able to do and her response was , " I know, we all already heard you had a miscarriage.". That was my personal information and I did not want it shared... Is this legal,

Perhaps...unfortunately there is no privilege for personal information except between a doctor or lawyer and a person under their care or as client.....even ministers, except priests, may not be bound.....Trusting you remember your actions were done in reliance upon a good doctor's opnion and don't let it bother you..to the extent you change the story...as d&cs;are common.....
