Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I work for Wal-Mart. I have a 401k plan managed by Merrill Lynch. I had my money in a very conservative fund that was doing very well. Recently Merrill Lynch elliminated my fund and put me in a fund based on my age without my consent or information on this fund. I lost over 1400 dollars in six months. Do I have any legal recourse.

Probably but one needs to see all documents you signed with Merrill Lynch..perhaps u can get them and call a local stock broker...many are located in every town..
