Yes, you'll probably need a lawyer. These cases tend to be overcomplicated by the insurance companies. Most lawyers (myself included) will meet with you and discuss your case for free. I suggest you interview two or three attorneys to see which one you like best. (Notice I said attorneys, not staff.)
