First of all, you need to make sure that you are receiving the proper medical treatment. I would limit your conversations with the insurance company. If you are still in pain, seek medical attention or a shoulder specialist. In a premises liability case, you must prove that the store knew or should have known of the dangerous condition that injured you. You are entitled to past and future medical expenses, past and future lost wages, past and future pain and suffering, and disfigurement. I would be glad to explain the claims process to you.
