Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i sold a car to a friend made a contract,but he never changed the title,after 8 months he crashed,can the owner of the other car put a law suit on me.

You aren't liable for somebody else's driving. You'll win the lawsuit. Counter-sue for attorney's fees.
