What rights does the executor have

My parents recently both past and assigned my sister as the executor, I have asked her several times to show me the will and she makes up differant excuses. it'sbeen a year and I still havenotseen anything.

First check with the county clerk in the county where your parents lived and see if either probate has been filed. If one or both has been filed you can buy a copy of the Will(s)and read it for yourself. If nothing has been filed, you should go talk with a good probate attorney, again preferably in the county where they lived.
