In the state of Texas (Aransas County)
, my aunt filed an estate will. She has always told me I inherit the house. She died 4 months ago and her two children do not want to file probate and are trying to take the house. What can I do to claim my inheritance if I have no copy of the will?

You can file a request with the Court that will force them to appear before the judge and tell the judge if there is a will and if there is then the judge will likely require them to turn it over to the court or clerk's office.
