Signed a contract with an agency to sell my company. The company was struck off the register by companies house thereby deeming it seiced in October 2006. The company which I signed the contract with states that eeven if the company liquidates then the directors are responsible for the fee of �4,000. The agency in the year that I had advertised the business,
