We thank you for your response and fully apprecfiate your answer but as she is desperate to get out of the situation,whilst the family property is being sold, are we wrong, as parents, to pay for rental accommodation for 6 months. We understand that this is not an ideal arrangement, but at least it gets her out of this hell hole for a while to be happy with her children and want to know if she is then elligible for council or hpousing benefit.
