hi hope u can help me me and my daughter come 2 live in london and i have just recieved court summons from her dad and he wants to return to irland he has guardian ship of her but i have sole custody of her can u tell me where i stand will i have to return back to ireland thanks

You are in an obviously confused state which is what happens when you take an hasty step of seeking separation. Divorce is a good remedy when the couple do not have any kids or siblings from their marriage.
A reconciliation process with your husband is adviced, and a compromising attitude on the part of both the parents is wise, looking at the future and security of your daughter.
