hi i have got residential order of my son. this was in may 2009 my son mum some how got him at her house and now said that he is staying there with her.
what can i do?

if a residence order has been made in your favour it would sound as if your son's mother is disobeying the order of the court that the boy lives with you. You will accordingly need to apply to the court for enforcement.
