Legal Question in Family Law in United States Minor Outlying Islands

Custody Summons

I get a summons the day before I move to out of state. Summons states that a request will be made to request temporary custody at the hearing until custody is determined. If I were to leave with child before the said hearing will that look unfavorable if I return with the child? hearing is in 3 weeks job starts tomorrow.

Re: Custody Summons

No, it should make little or no difference with respect to the ultimate outcome in the case (in my opinion), as long as you continue to be in full compliance with the current custody order.
