business truck

I want to buy a truck to be used by my son and myself for hauling cars. How can I keep control of it if it's in a corporation?

You can lease it to the corporation.

Re: business truck

There are a number of ways that you can secure your interest in the truck such as placing liens on the vehicle. However, I would suggest that you need to reevaluate the asset protection planning that you have done for yourself, your son, and the Corporation. If you'd like me to assist you please feel free to send me an e-mail with your phone number and a good time to reach you to number. I look forward to speaking with you.

You own the corporation to begin with. Mr. Roemer is correct, you should have an attorney evaluate your business practices so far and advise on how to improve them.
