Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

If my fiance' and his ex-wife share custody of a 12 year old daughter, can she legally refuse to let the daughter attend our wedding? Going by the "every other weekend" rule, it's her weekend. All she will respond with is "we will be on vacation." She also dictates the holidays and summers disreguarding the state guidelines for even years/odd years. Is there anything we can do?

She can't legally refuse that. In fact she should let you have his daughter for the wedding. I would recommend taking her to court to enforce your fiance's parental rights.
