Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah

I have a question for employee rights for minors. I work for a company and my mother is in a high enough position to see employee paychecks and sometimes signing them. For about 2 or 3 years I was unable to see my paycheck or even my stub because she has been depositing them directly, although the company doesn't do direct deposits. So, is it legal to do what she's doing even if I'm not able to see how much I'm being payed? I'm almost 18 and I really would like to have access to the money I've earned over the four years I've worked with the company.

You are entitled to get a copy of the pay stub. You need to have a heart to heart talk with your mother about finances.
