If a minor uses fake Identification to get into a bar is the bar liable for serving alcohol to a minor?

If the bar took reasonable steps to verify the ID, the bar is not liable. If the bar did not card or check the ID then the bar may be liable.

Probably not. However, the minor should most definitely be prosecuted criminally for possessing and using a fake identification.
