Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

i have what i hope is a simple question for a complicated situation.

a year ago my Fience and I bought a home together, his name is on the mortgage mine is not, however my name is on the deed and i supplied almost $30,000 for the down payment, now we are spliting up and he is trying to through me and our children out of the house, Do I have a legal right to the house?

Probably but you will need a court order to determine your rights in the house.
