unsigned marriage license

Hi,

I was wondering, my husband did not sign our marriage license, are we married? I would like to file for divorce but not sure if I need to with the unsigned marriage license. thanks.

I would recommend you file a court case, but to confirm that there was no valid marriage. It is an oddity, but should be done.
