Hi i gave 2000 dollars to friend.. 6 months back.. but now he was not paying back..

i have following proof.

BOA transfer ..

Email conversation.

Other few friends they also gave money to him...he didnt give back.

and also i have his SSN and Employer details.

What is the chance of getting money back..if i sue him in small courts.. and what are the charges/fee i need to pay ..
