Can I get the money that is owed to me?

I let a friend use my credit card and she promised to pay me back. She has been paying money to the credit card company bit by bit with money from her checking account. She is now threatening not to pay me. Is there anyway i can take legal action to get my money back?

You could sue her. It may or may not be worth it, depending on the amount.
