Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I got hurt on the job an they fired me. I have permament injury an pain, an work restrictions. I have found a job after 6mons. but only paying half of what I was making before. Now my pay check doesn't cover my child support, plus I have spousal support an child medical to pay. I can't afford a lawyer. An my x wife doesn't care she just wants my whole pay check. My pay check adds to appox 500.00 every two weeks an my child support is 550.00 every two weeks. where can i get help. Every time I try to hire a lawyer i get screwed with paying for him an her lawyer bill too. But now there is no money for mine or hers.HELP!!

Go back to the court where the present support order came from and speak to a clerk; tell the clerk you need to revise support because your circumstances have changed, and can't afford a lawyer.
