Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Virginia

I won my trademark case this year after a grueling 2year battle with a muti-national company which has since filed for bankruptcy protection. I believe they have filed for bankruptcy protection to stop me from going after them . How can I get my legal costs back ? How can I go after them ? I don't believe they have totally disappeared as I still see activity from there website. Can they claw the way back out of bankruptcy after the statue of limitations has passed ? What is the statue of limitations for suing the other party when you win in the trademark court ?

We handle both intellectual property and bankruptcy, but I am not sure what you mean by the "trademark court." In any event, the bankruptcy probably tolls the statute of limitations, but you may be barred from collecting money outside of the bankruptcy case. You need to consult with a lawyer familiar with these matters promptly.
