I was hired as a partime employee.Without notice, my employer wants to change the schedule requested in my application . If i dont want to change it , they will force me to resigne. I do not want to lose my job
Is it legal to do that as a employer?

Yes, your employer may do so unless you are under an employment agreement, or such action was undertaken as a means of discrimination or retaliatiton.
