If you believe that in fact your current "medical

issues" result from an an injury which you received while working at your job back in June, 2008, you should file a claim with the Virginia Workman's Compensation Commission. (The staute of limitations

on such claims normally runs two years from the date of the injury.)

Well, yeah, naturally...

First, you possibly might be entitled to workers compensation, since it happened at work, but there could be an issue (obviously) because it was not a normal part of work. But you should most definitely make an application. Expect a fight about it, but you should try.

And naturally you can sue the driver (that is, the insurance company standing behind the driver).

There is some danger that the accident was so large that the insurance has been exhausted.

This is definitely time to see a lawyer. Many will give you a free consultation. This is rich in "issues" and questions to be explored.
