Who can give me free consultation. My daughter is charged with 3rd degree for driving with suspended licence. She did not have car insurance and now she has it.

Mr. White is on target. Absent the unusual circumstance (e.g., someone was on a DUI probation when the DWLS occurred), most courts are now disposing of DWLS 3 charges via amendments to traffic infractions or "bail forfeitures", neither of which would be a criminal conviction. Keep in mind, showing up with a valid license is the best way to ensure this happens.
