At the time of the divorce proceedings is was diagnosed with ptsd. I am a sucessfull business owner. the business was evaluated at 750,000 at the time of the divorce. I settled on the advise of my attorney i settled for $525,000 over 10 years at $5000.00 a month. Due to the recession my business is down 48% and can no longer afford the payments. I am haveing a hard time renogiating is there anthing you can suggest?

I am going to assume "is" in the first line should have been I. I am not sure what you mean by you settled for $525000 over 10 years at $5000 per month, because that comes to $600000. Is that the portion of the business you are keeping or transferring to your former spouse? How was the transfer described, as a transfer of property interest or as spousal maintenance? You can file a motion to amend the decree based on change of circumstances.
