My mother passed away 11-30-08. She put several accunts in her name and my name only. Can my brothers make me give this money to them?

It depends. The banking laws in this state are very specific about who owns accounts and how that is determined. These cases can get quite involved and even complicated so I suggest you speak to a lawyer immediately to avoid any unnecessary arguments or disputes. Good luck!
