Where do I go from here?

I am a victim of the Sear's reaffirmation scandal. Case details here:http://www.cardweb.com/cardtrak/news/1999/february/11c.html My father died I got behind in my bills. I was sued, my wages garnished and it this was brought to my attention. Sears won the first judgment until I could get my case vacated with predudice. They will not remove it on my credit report. Contacted the FTC and 20 attorneys. They said confilct of interest,

Hello,

You need to present your case to Sears and get

your credit report changed and corrected. You say you have contacted 20 attorneys ... not all must have had a conflict of interest. What did they say? Have you contacted Sears directly?
