Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin

lets say I was driving and i went to fast on a curve and went over the curve, some lady less than a mile away freaks out because she thinks I could of hit her kids, so she calls the police. I explain what happens to the officer and how i didnt do any harm to any one, and I called a tow truck and was on my way. The officer said he wont write me a ticket or anything. The next day i recieve a reckless drivig ticket for $300 and 6 points. is there any way i can get it canceled?

You will have to contest the ticket and see if the municipality for the police department which issued the ticket can be succesful in having you convicted. You can certainly attempt to negotiate with the City Attorney who is pursuing the case, but you will need to file a Not Guilty Plea and take the case to trial if there is insufficient negotiations to allow you to have the ticket and case dismissed. I would suggest that you consult with an attorney who handles traffic matters.
