Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin

my daughter was injured seriously in a atv accident. she is 12. this happened in my ex wifes care at her fiances home.i hired a law firm to protect her. my ex now married him and 3 weeks ago she hired a lawyer to represent her and my kid. this attorney knew she was represented but went ahead anyway and filed suit making him attorney and gal. my firm is motioning the court for reconsideration, what can i expect the courts to do as far as appointing a lawyer. we also share joint custody in final this new attorney had written to my law office stating that he knew they represented my child before he filed suit. the law office also has filed a grievance with the state bar

The court in this case will rule on the appropriate attorney for your daughter in the personal injury matter. The court may take a dim view of an attorney "racing to the courthouse" to file a case when the attorney knows that the daughter is already represented.
