Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

sir,

my younger brother working in a private company CMS as Cash officer,his responsibility is to deposit money to different ATM of different Bank.On 28th sept at 11 am my brother with his colleague collected 19 lakh from his office for deposit to bank of baroda ATM.Company provides a sumo for the same with a gunman for security purpose.They went to Axis Bank for further collection of money from the bank.They alert Gunman that money is at sumo and be careful.My brother enter to axis bank but the same time his colleague forget to bring CBR(cash balance report).so he went to vehicle for collect that report,at that time cash is at sumo and Gunman & Driver present at that vehicle.after collecting cbr report he back to axis bank.it hardly take 2min of time.my brother n his colleague collect 7lakh from axis bank and back to the vehicle.after enter in to the vehicle they find bag with 19 lakh cash was missing.they ask to both driver and gunman about the bag but they denied and said we dont know about the bag.after that they inform to their branch manager and other higher authority about the incident.Branch manager is not available in the office and said to wait for them.At evening 5.30 pm branch manager and other higher authority came and lodge a FIR against all of them.police charged IPC section 420, 406, 407, 120B in the FIR.

we found that Driver had criminal record earlier and Gunman had invalid license for the gun he had.our bail in lower court has been rejected on 9 oct 2013.we are now trying to get bail from session court.please help us how to get bail in section in 420,406,407,120b?
