Dear sir,
My son is 3.5year old.
my wife took him to her parents home and now she is demanding talaq.
she do not allow me to meet my son.
i am giving all the necessities.
i was living in rented house and my son was going school as well and i bear all the expense.
how can i get back my son as she is not ready to live

Dear you have to file a suit in the court for custody of minor child.you have right to demand the custody of minor child. you can also avail the right of visitation of minor child.
