Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir, AsslamAlikum.....Pls advice me in the following situation.

A man had two sons, out of which one died leaving a son and a daughter and his spouse. Now as per laws, his(deceased) son(grandson) could take part in the wealth of his Grandfather. As the deceased already took his share and left his father so the GrandFather is not willing to share is wealth with his grandson and his wish to give his immovable property to his remaining son. How can it be done as he cannot travel.

Succession is created after the death of person not in his lifetime. The children of deceased son will inherit after the death of grandfather from whatever belongs to him. There is a way out to that but for that first you have to convince me that the grandchildren have taken their due share.. Do share complete information at [email protected]
